We are a family-owned lawn care service located in Spokane, WA. Our service area includes the entire Spokane metropolitan area. From Spokane to Spokane Valley, to Liberty Lake and nearby.

We say your satisfaction is guaranteed and we mean it!  We know this has been a commonly used term in our industry and others… but we don’t know how else to say it!.  Honestly, we would love to show you.

If you are not familiar with our guarantee, it states that if you are not 100% satisfied with the service we performed for you, we will promptly be back out to resolve the issue.  If for some reason we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will pay another contractor of your choice to finish our job.

How are we comfortable saying this?  Because lawn care and landscaping is what we do for a living, it is what we are passionate about, and it is how we support our families.  Considering everything we have riding on performing a quality service each and every time, we simply do it right the first time.  It also helps when you consider what you do for a living fun, which we certainly do here at Spokane’s Finest Lawns.

We also look the part.  We invest in only the best state-of-the-art commercial equipment to keep your lawn looking its best. Our trucks and equipment are kept presentable at all times; so are our employees.  You can expect us to show up in a company vehicle with employees wearing company shirts so you know it is us on your property.

We Focus On Providing High-Quality Services

To ensure everything that was supposed to be performed has been completed, we do a final walkthrough to double-check.  We still do this on lawn mowing services on properties that we have been maintaining for years.  It just gives us peace of mind.  This also gives us one more time to check and make sure we shut your gate if you have one.  We know leaving gates open is a common complaint of many lawn care companies.

We do the little things!  Yes, we know you hired us to mow the lawn or trim the shrubs, or whichever service of ours you needed, but if we see your trash cans empty by the street, we will put them back to their storage area.  Or, if we see weeds growing in the cracks of your driveway, we will pull or trim them out for you.

Consistency is key.  We like routines and we are pretty sure you do too.  We are starting to think this has something to do with being human!  But seriously, if you are a regular mowing client and you are on our Wednesday route, you can expect us out on Wednesday.  It is just easier for everyone that way.  Obviously, sometimes the weather does push our schedule up or back. We will communicate with you when this occurs so we stay on the same page.
